Kenyon Dixon Releases "The R&B You Love: Soul Of The '70s"

Kenyon Dixon is back with a new EP with a sound familiar to our older generation and refreshing to those of the new to the sound of the 70s. Dixon has hooped in a time machine to give us an old-school sound with some new-school flare. The six-track EP has three new songs: "Too Long," "Never Gonna Give You Up," and "Can I Have This Groove." Two familiar songs on the EP were on his previous project, "The R&B You Love," as well as the interlude "Lucky Prelude (ILY)." 

The three new songs alone make this EP worth a listen, as they truly embody the feelings invoked by 70s music. Although it gives 70s vibes, the emotion put into these songs is well placed today. It provides something that a lot of music today is lacking, the passion behind the music.
