SZA Talks Grand National Tour with Kendrick Lamar on Jimmy Kimmel Live

During her recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, SZA shared insights into her upcoming Grand National Tour with Kendrick Lamar, set to commence on April 19, 2025, in Minneapolis.  She described the tour as an opportunity for both artists to “throw all the paint at the wall,” emphasizing the creative freedom and innovation they plan to bring to their performances.  Highlighting Lamar’s artistic prowess, SZA referred to him as a “wizard,” noting his unique and solitary approach to creativity. 

When Kimmel inquired about potential tensions during their Toronto shows, given Lamar’s ongoing feud with Drake, SZA deftly sidestepped the topic. She responded with lighthearted deflection, maintaining focus on the tour’s excitement and dismissing any concerns about external conflicts. 

The Grand National Tour will include 39 shows across North America and Europe, concluding in Stockholm on August 9, 2025. Tickets have been in high demand, and many venues have sold out rapidly. 

In addition to discussing the tour, SZA expressed enthusiasm about her guest appearance on Sesame Street, fulfilling a long-held dream.
